1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of coaching services provided by The Coaching Formula.
By engaging in coaching services, you agree to these terms.
2. Coaching Services
The Coaching Formula provides online coaching services, including:
Training programming
Nutrition guidance
Progress tracking and feedback
Ongoing communication and support
Coaching is delivered remotely via platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and shared documents.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Results vary based on:
Effort and adherence
Lifestyle factors
Individual response
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow the program to the best of your ability
Communicate honestly and consistently
Submit check-ins as required
Take responsibility for your own health and decisions
5. Health Disclaimer
Coaching services are not medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training, nutrition, or lifestyle.
6. Payments & Commitment
Payments are processed via third-party providers including Stripe, EziDebit, and Newie.
By signing up for coaching:
You agree to the agreed weekly rate
Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You commit to a minimum coaching period of 16 weeks
This minimum commitment is in place to allow sufficient time for meaningful progress and results.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are final.
No refunds are provided once coaching has commenced
The 16-week minimum commitment remains payable regardless of circumstances once started
Onboarding fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
8. Cancellations
After the initial 16-week commitment period:
A minimum of 4 weeks written notice is required to cancel coaching
During this notice period:
Coaching and payments will continue as normal
If cancellation notice is not provided:
Coaching will continue and billing will proceed accordingly
9. Communication
Primary communication is via WhatsApp.
Responses are not instant
Reasonable response times apply
Ongoing support does not mean 24/7 access
10. Check-Ins
Check-ins are to be submitted as instructed
Missed check-ins may impact progress and feedback quality
11. Use of Client Content
As part of coaching, clients may provide progress photos, videos, and testimonials.
By engaging in coaching services, you grant The Coaching Formula permission to use submitted content for:
Educational purposes
Marketing and promotional material
This may include use on social media, website, or other platforms.
If you do not wish for your content to be used, you may request this in writing at any time.
We will always aim to use content respectfully and, where appropriate, without identifying personal details.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Coaching Formula is not liable for:
Injuries
Health complications
Outcomes resulting from program use
Participation is at your own risk.
13. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Update coaching methods
Adjust service structure
Improve delivery systems
14. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
